किताब ‘काशी’ पर बड़ी बातचीत | डॉ. लेनिन रघुवंशी के साथ कुमार विजय

 

“मैं एक माँ हूँ… जिसने दो बच्चों को खोकर भी इंसाफ की उम्मीद नहीं छोड़ी”

मेरा नाम अंजू देवी है। मेरी उम्र 45 वर्ष है। मेरे पति का नाम नारायण प्रसाद है। मैं हनुमानगंज पैतिहा, थाना कोराव, जनपद प्रयागराज की रहने वाली हूँ।
मेरा परिवार बहुत छोटा था—दो बेटे और एक बेटी। वही मेरी पूरी दुनिया थे। मेरी सुबह उन्हीं से शुरू होती थी और रात उन्हीं की आवाज़ सुनकर कटती थी। मैं पढ़ी-लिखी नहीं हूँ, कानून की भाषा नहीं जानती, लेकिन मैं एक माँ हूँ… और माँ का दिल हर अन्याय को पहचान लेता है।

मेरे बेटे को पुलिस ने निगल लिया। उसी दिन मेरे घर की रौशनी बुझ गई। लेकिन मेरा दुख वहीं खत्म नहीं हुआ।
विजय के जाने के बाद मेरी बेटी खुशबू खुद को संभाल नहीं पाई। वह अपने भाई से बहुत जुड़ी हुई थी। हर वक्त कहती रहती थी—
“माँ, भैया आ जाएंगे… पुलिस छोड़ देगी।”
मैं उसे कैसे बताती कि जिन पर हमें भरोसा था, वही उसके भाई की जान ले चुके हैं?

धीरे-धीरे खुशबू खामोश होती चली गई। उसने खाना छोड़ दिया, बोलना छोड़ दिया, हँसना छोड़ दिया। वह बस एक जगह बैठी रहती, जैसे उसकी आत्मा कहीं बहुत दूर भटक रही हो। मैं उसे सीने से लगाकर रोती और कहती—
“बेटी, मुझे संभाल ले… मैं अकेली कैसे जिऊँगी?”
लेकिन वह खुद अंदर से टूट चुकी थी। एक दिन वह भी चुपचाप इस दुनिया से चली गई—बिना कोई शोर किए, बिना कोई शिकायत किए।

जिस माँ ने दो बच्चों को जन्म दिया था, वह माँ अब खाली हो चुकी है। पहले बेटे का सदमा, फिर बेटी का जाना—अब मेरे पास गिनने को सिर्फ कब्रें और यादें बची हैं।
अब कोई मुझे “माँ” नहीं बुलाता, कोई “दीदी” कहकर आवाज़ नहीं देता। मेरा आँगन सूना है, मेरा घर खामोश है।

आज मेरी हालत यह है कि कहीं भी मारपीट देखती हूँ तो मेरी आँखों के आगे अंधेरा छा जाता है। शरीर काँपने लगता है और मैं बेहोश हो जाती हूँ। मुझे लगता है जैसे वही सुबह फिर लौट आई हो, जब पुलिस मेरे घर में घुसी थी।
टीवी पर अगर गोली-बंदूक का कोई दृश्य आ जाए, तो मेरा दिल बैठ जाता है। वही जंगल, वही गोली, वही खून, वही अस्पताल—सब मेरी आँखों के सामने घूमने लगता है।

अब मैं घर में कोई जानवर भी नहीं रखती। लोग कहते हैं—“जानवर पाल लो, मन लग जाएगा।”
लेकिन मेरा मन डर से भरा है। मुझे लगता है जैसे मेरे बेटे को भी बंद कमरे में मार दिया गया था। किसी को बंद देखना, किसी को तड़पते देखना—मुझसे सहन नहीं होता।

हम गरीब लोग हैं। मेहनत करके अपना पेट पालते हैं। मैंने अपने बच्चों को बड़े सपने नहीं दिए थे—बस एक सुरक्षित और सादा ज़िंदगी देना चाही थी।
मेरा बेटा विजय सोनी सिर्फ 21 साल का था। जवान था, घर का सहारा था। मेरी बेटी खुशबू, अपने भाई की परछाईं थी।
कभी इस घर में हँसी थी, आवाज़ें थीं, चूल्हे की गर्मी थी, बच्चों के कदमों की आहट थी। आज वही घर मुझे काटने दौड़ता है। आज घर में सिर्फ सन्नाटा रहता है।

12 सितम्बर को पुलिस मेरे बेटे को जंगल में ले गई। उसके हाथ-मुँह बाँध दिए गए, उसके हाथ में पिस्तौल पकड़ा दी गई और वीडियो बनाते हुए गोली चला दी गई। गोली उसके दाहिने कंधे में लगी।
इसके बाद उसे स्वरूप रानी अस्पताल ले जाया गया। वहाँ से उसने मुझे फोन किया। मैं भागती हुई अस्पताल पहुँची। उसने सब बताया… और मेरी आत्मा काँप गई।

पुलिस उसे गालियाँ देती रही। मुझसे कहा गया—
“तीस हज़ार रुपये लाओ, तभी ऑपरेशन होगा।”
मेरे पति ने गाँव के ठाकुर से ब्याज पर कर्ज लिया। 19 सितम्बर को ऑपरेशन हुआ।
20 सितम्बर की भोर में मुझे उससे मिलने दिया गया। उसके कंधे से खून बह रहा था। उसने अपनी बहन से कहा—
“दीदी, मुझे यहाँ से ले चलो… ये लोग हमें मार देंगे।”

उसी समय डॉक्टर ने इंजेक्शन लगाया। फिर उसके मुँह और नाक से खून निकलने लगा। और मेरा बेटा मेरी आँखों के सामने दम तोड़ गया।

जब तक उसका अंतिम संस्कार नहीं हुआ, पुलिस हमारे पीछे साये की तरह लगी रही।
आज मेरे पास कुछ नहीं बचा—बस एक टूटा हुआ दिल, दो बच्चों की यादें, और इंसाफ की एक बुझती हुई उम्मीद।

मैं हर दिन ज़िंदा हूँ…
लेकिन मेरे अंदर सब कुछ मर चुका है।
मेरी आँखें खुली हैं, पर मेरी दुनिया अंधेरे में डूबी हुई है।
मेरे घर में अब कोई त्योहार नहीं आता—बस एक माँ की खामोशी है, जो अंदर ही अंदर रोज़ चीखती रहती है।

मैं माँ होकर बस इतना चाहती हूँ कि—

• मेरे बेटे विजय सोनी की हिरासत में हुई मौत की निष्पक्ष और उच्चस्तरीय जाँच कराई जाए।

• जिन पुलिसकर्मियों ने उसे घर से उठाया, पीटा, धमकाया और जंगल में गोली चलाई—उनके खिलाफ हत्या, फर्जी एनकाउंटर, अवैध हिरासत, मारपीट और धमकी जैसी गंभीर धाराओं में एफआईआर दर्ज कर तत्काल गिरफ्तारी की जाए।

• घर से उठाने से लेकर अस्पताल में मृत्यु तक की पूरी घटना से जुड़े सभी साक्ष्य—सीसीटीवी फुटेज, कॉल डिटेल, पुलिस वाहन विवरण (UP73), मेडिकल रिकॉर्ड, पोस्टमार्टम रिपोर्ट और वीडियो रिकॉर्डिंग—सुरक्षित कर जाँच में शामिल किए जाएँ।

• इलाज के नाम पर पैसे माँगने वाले दोषियों पर भ्रष्टाचार और जबरन वसूली की कार्यवाही की जाए और हमारे परिवार से लिया गया पैसा वापस दिलाया जाए।

• हमारे परिवार को लगातार डराने-धमकाने की घटनाओं की जाँच कर हमें सुरक्षा दी जाए, ताकि हम बिना डर के जी सकें और इंसाफ की लड़ाई लड़ सकें।

• मेरे बेटे की मौत के सदमे से मेरी बेटी खुशबू की मृत्यु हुई—इस पूरे मामले को “परिवार को मानसिक रूप से तोड़ने और जीवन नष्ट करने” की घटना मानते हुए दोषियों पर कठोर कार्रवाई की जाए।

मैं एक गरीब और अनपढ़ माँ हूँ,

लेकिन मैं इंसाफ चाहती हूँ।

मेरे बच्चों की ज़िंदगी वापस नहीं आ सकती,

पर दोषियों को सज़ा ज़रूर मिलनी चाहिए।

🤱 “Brick-making can wait, but my baby cannot,” said Kajal (name changed), as she stood up to her supervisor and chose her newborn’s well-being over productivity — a quiet revolution in the heart of oppression.

🤝 Thanks to the work of CRY – Child Rights and You and JanMitra Nyas (JMN), more mothers are now accessing institutional deliveries, timely vaccinations, and nutritional support — even while migrating.
